Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, I.T.S Dental College, Ghaziabad organized a Webinar on the topic “Oro-Facial Clefts” on 19th December, 2018. The webinar was delivered by renowned speaker, Dr. Hemavathy O.R. (Reader, Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Saveetha Dental College, Chennai). All faculty members and postgraduate students of all departments attended the webinar. As an appreciation for the regularity in attending college, 5 Interns and 5 BDS students also attended this webinar.

The eminent speaker for the Dr. Hari Prakash oration lecture was Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Prakash Mathur, (Head of the Department, Department of Pedodontics & Preventive Dentistry, AIIMS, Delhi). The audience was blessed with words of wisdom by Professor Emeritus Prof. (Dr.) Hari Parkash.

The Department of Orthodontics conducted a Student Exchange Program on 1st Dec, 2018. Five final year Post-Graduate students from Teerthanker Mahaveer Dental College visited the department and interacted with the students and faculty. The day started with case presentations and discussions followed by observation of patients being treated in the department. The students were shown CBCT and Dolphin software.
