CAMP REPORT FROM 22-02-21- to 27-02-21

A team of doctors along with post-graduate students and auxiliary staff rendered health care at the camp site comprising dental / medical / eye/ physiotherapy / screening and treatment for the patients with respective illness. All treatments were provided free of cost, which included oral cavity examination besides  oral health talk, oral hygiene instructions,  tooth restorations, oral prophylaxis, X-rays and tooth extractions. Medicines were dispensed free of cost and patients were referred to the I.T.S.C.D.S.R for further Treatment.

"Under the guidance of our honorable Vice Chairman Mr Arpit Chadha, the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology, I.T.S Dental College, Ghaziabad organized a webinar on “Clinical Pathway to Pathology" by renowned speaker Dr. Raghu Dhanapal on 27/02/2021.  
 
Dr Raghu is Professor & Head, Department of Oral Pathology, Rajas Dental College, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India having an extensive national and international teaching experience including countries like Malaysia.

Press Coverage of the First Module of one year comprehensive Damon Course

"Press Coverage of the First Module of one year comprehensive Damon Course organized by the Department of Orthodontics, I.T.S Dental College, Ghaziabad started  under the leadership of our honorable Vice Chairman Mr Arpit Chadha on 17th February 2021.

 

The module was conducted by distinguished speaker Dr. C.S. Ramachandra who elaborated on this new technique.

 

First module of Damon course

"Keeping pace with the changing landscape of the field and to train our post graduate students and faculty, the Department of Orthodontics, ITS Dental College, Ghaziabad started a comprehensive one year Damon Course under the leadership of our honorable Vice Chairman, Mr Arpit Chadha. 
 
The first module of this course was organized on 17th February, 2021 and was conducted by a distinguished stalwart of the field Dr. C.S. Ramachandra.

Webinar on "IZC/BSS screws"

" A hands-on workshop was organized by the Department of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics, I.T.S. Dental College, Ghaziabad on the topic " IZC/BSS screws " by distinguished speaker Dr. Rajesh Patil on 28th January 2021.
 
Dr Patil gave the insights about case selection uses of IZC/BSS Screws. Lecture was followed by a hands on workshop in the Artificial Simulation Laboratory where each student got the first hand experience of using this novel innovation.

"Under the guidance of our honorable Vice Chairman, I.T.S-The Education Group, Mr Arpit Chadha, the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, I.T.S Dental College Ghaziabad hosted a Webinar on “Oral Sedation” by renowned speaker Dr. Srinivas Namineni on 27th January 2021.  
 
Dr Namineni was live in conversation with the Students and faculty of I.T.S Dental College, Ghaziabad giving his precious insights on the facts and myths about “Oral Sedation”.
