Curriculum is premeditated to encourage an integrated teaching methodology through a structured teaching program right from the inception of undergraduate course to better meet the needs of the dental practitioner in the 21st century. The college trains its student to possess the knowledge and skills to diagnose, manage, and prevent diseases, abnormalities, and other conditions affecting the oral and perioral tissues. The curriculum encourages innovative educational programs as well as the inclusion of an even wider range of professional development opportunities for students. I.T.S strives to provide the next generation of oral health practitioners with, not only the knowledge and skills to become leaders in their field, but with the compassion and foresight to make a difference in their community and beyond.

Emphasis is given on preclinical areas of teaching with the help of artificial simulation (e.g. Pre-clinical training on phantom heads in the department of prosthodontics and conservative dentistry). Students are invigorated to work in pre-clinical and clinical labs after college hours under guided supervision.

The curriculum encompasses a broad understanding of the biomedical sciences, behavioral sciences, and clinical sciences, as well as social issues related to the general health and well-being of the public. The educational process develops and reinforces the dentist's ethical responsibility for the public and develops a keen sense of the role of the dentist as an integral member of the health professions team.
