Academic Achievements

MODEL PRESENTATION: An Exhibition on presentation of Model "Pharmacology" was organized by the Department of Pharmacology on 6th April 2006 at I.T.S.-CDSR, Muradnagar. It was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Usha Kumar, Vice President, World Health Organization (WHO) Essential Drugs Selection Committee. Dr. Ragini, Principal, ITS-CDSR and Dr. Rishi Rath, Head of Department, Pharmacology were also present. The efforts put in by students in displaying their Art and skills in creating classical Models was well appreciated by the visitors

FIRST Farewell Party was organized by BDS IV, III, II and I Year Students for ITS First Batch Students on 6th July 2006

SPECIAL ORAL SURGERY CASES: Department of oral & maxillofacial surgery, I.T.S Dental College and Research center has emerged as one the modern center of excellence having fully equipped Operation theatre with state of art facilities for rendering services to all sections of society. Multidisciplinary complex Maxillofacial surgeries such as TMJ Procedure, Orthographic surgery, Oral malignancy, Trauma, cleft lip & plate, Head & Neck Reconstructive surgeries are also being undertaken regularly in this Centre.

PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCY: Dr. Suhas Godhi, Professor & HOD in the Department Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery has brought laurels to the names of ITS-CDSR, Muradnagar by successfully operating a five-month's baby for "Primary Cleft Lips." on may 2006 .

Pearl of I.T.S -CDSR

Zainab, Student of BDS (Batch 2001-2005) of our college, undergoing internship here was selected for an " Elective Program" in the SCHOOL OF DENTAL SCIENCE, MELBOURNE UNIVERSITY, AUSTRALIA, for a month (1st June -30th June). She was the first Asian to be selected there. This was a complete non -payment program. During this period she was registered under the "VICTORIAN PRACTICE BOARD" and worked in various dental Departments under the supervision of the CLINICAL DEAN, PROF. MICHAEL BURROW, who certified her for the same.
