A Clinical Grand Round by the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology and Microbiology was held on 23rd of January, 2012 in the LT-4 of the institution. Dr. Charu Kapoor, Final year post graduate student threw some light on the uses of the microscope and its relevance to the dental profession. The recognition of the microscope as an essential part of dentist’s clinical armamentarium, and the enhancement of the quality of work with the utilization of the microscope was stressed upon in the presentation. Dr. Kiran Kumar was the moderator for the session. Dr. Vijay Wadhwan, Professor, was the coordinator for the session. Dr. Hari Parkash, Director General, and Dr. P.B.
